This will be our Second social distancing on-location & Virtual event! ONLY OFFERING this to 5 SPOTS (1 is already taken!) We will be holding these on-site spots with the VALUE of Toilet paper LMAO... just kidding! But seriously, we want to honor these spots like GOLD! Please, if you think something, last minute may come up... take a Virtual spot! **See Requirements at the bottom of post for on-site 👇 If this is your first time taking part in this class onsite please come dressed in layers, not sure of the weather. Probably warm but it can get a little breezy with the doors unzipped. Bring a light blanket and a small pillow. These ONSITE spots will be HELD with a $10 dollar reservation through paypal. The meeting ID and password will be sent to you via msnger once you RSVP!! Zoom is away from facebook without any distractions so please reach out if you need any help setting that up. You will need a camera on your phone so I can see you and watch the rise and fall of your chest with the breathing & stretching exercises. Why & What you'll get out of this class... Just get yourself PRESENT!!! ~ If you're working and feel inclined, a Love Donation is appreciated 💖 (Class Value $10) **If you're practicing from your home this is KID friendly. If you're joining us onsite bring the kids, if you know they can lay still for about 20 minutes with no talking. **Can't make the time but want the practice send $10 to the paypal link for the REPLAY! We will start with some gentle meridian stretching and standing expansive breath work and then it will require about 20-25 minuets of lying and breathing. You can do this practice from your bed or a 0-gravity chair, if getting on the floor is a struggle. MOST importantly, make sure you have a quiet space to practice and give yourself this time.
