This practice will help you unwind, learn daily tools that will support you in a pinch, and allow a deep sense of PEACE within! This is some of the MOST powerful Breathing I have ever encountered!!

WHAT TO EXPECT: We will BEGIN with a taste of the Astrological cycles of the Full Moon from a special Wisdom siSTAR, Victoria Jazwic, the Soul Nurturer. Then flow into some gentle meridian stretching, MBA standing expansive breathwork to get the blood flowing and end on the floor for our Warriors Breath. The lying breath will require about 20-25 minutes of lying down and breathing twice while perched on our elbows. Lastly we'll end with 3-5 minutes of Sound bath therapy.
HOW TO PREPARE: You can do this practice from your bed or a 0-gravity chair, if getting on the floor is a struggle. Some like a light blanket, a small pillow, earbuds, eye cover, or even a wifi speaker, However these are not necessary! MOST importantly, make sure you have a quiet space to practice and give yourself this time. Hydrate before and after for improved detoxification.
