VIP UPGRADE (Only taking 2 people) >>> SATURDAY join Julia privately while the Bell peppers skin are being blistering, this will be a very relaxed laid back setting. Think of this as behind the scenes, 1 on 1 sous cheffing with Julia! While the peppers are blistering we'll paint Bell peppers on an Apron (to bring the next day) while we sip on some local Kombucha and snack on some yummy red pepper Hors d'oeuvres. 

SUNDAY will be our full group Roasting day. Well peel the skins, blend the peppers and then stir and rotate for the reminder of the day. Only 3 ingredients Bell Peppers, Olive oil and sea salt. We will watch a documentary on our food industry while were peeling peppers and practice some Wuji (without form) Qigong in-between our stirring time & take a Fun Quiz on fact of why this stuff is so DAM good for you!
