About the Event

 This will be our First BACK, face to face event! ONLY OFFERING this to 5 SPOTS! We will be holding these spots with the VALUE of Toilet paper LMAO... just kidding! 

But seriously, we want to honor those that NEED the connection (even with the Phase 2 social distancing in place) so Please if you think something, anything, may come up.. take a Virtual spot instead! 

If this is your first time taking part in this class LIVE please come dressed warm, not sure of the weather then. Probably warm but can get a little breezy with the doors unzipped. Bring a light blanket and small pillow. If your joining us VIRTUAL through ZOOM all you need is your phone or tablet for the camera and a quiet space with blanket and pillow if needed. The link for Zoom the day of the Event is below (note the date for the Zoom class is different from the onsite class). The meeting ID and password will be sent to you via msger once you RSVP!

Zoom is away from facebook without any distractions so please reach out if you need any help setting that up. You will need a camera either on your laptop or phone so I can see you and watch the rise and fall of your chest with the breathing & stretching exercises.

**If you're practicing from your home this is KID friendly! We will start with some gentle meridian stretching and standing expansive breath work and then it will require about 25 minuets of lying and breathing. If you struggle with lying down or your kids can't be still for more than that time then make sure they are set up so you can do this even if they are finished in 10 min. You can do this practice from your bed or a 0-gravity chair if getting on the floor is a struggle. MOST importantly, make sure you have a quiet space to practice and give yourself this time.
